COMPETITION 7 OCTOBER TO 2ND NOVEMBER 2026
These terms and conditions apply to the Phuel the Adventure: To Dubai Synthony (the "Promotion"). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is Mānuka Phuel Limited, Level 1, 5 Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand ("Mānuka Phuel", "Promoter", "we", "us"). Questions about the Promotion should be sent to info@mphuel.com.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
2.1 The Promotion commences at 12noon midday 7th October to 12noon midday 2nd November 2026. (New Zealand time) (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside Promotion Period are invalid.
3. WHO CAN ENTER
3.1 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 21 years or older.
3.2 Employees and contractors of the Promoter, Duco Events, and any agency associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families (spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling), are not eligible to enter or win.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To enter, purchase any Mānuka Phuel 4pack or 12 pack energy product during the Promotion Period (an "Eligible Purchase") on the Mānuka Phuel website @ mphuel.co.nz
4.3 Products included in the promotion to purchase are any 4 or 12 pack of Phuel @ mphuel.co.nz
4.4 You are permitted the following number of entries per order online;
(a) one entry 4 pack Eligible Purchase; and
(b) four entries per 12 pack Eligible Purchase.
4.5 Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, received outside the Promotion Period, contain offensive or inappropriate content, infringe intellectual property rights, or do not comply with these terms and conditions, will be invalid.
5. THE DRAW
5.1 There is one draw, with one prize:
(a) the mphuel.co.nz draw: drawn by the Promoter by random electronic selection from all valid (mphuel.co.nz) entries.
5.2 The draw will be completed by Wednesday, 3rd November 2026. Winner will be contacted directly within 48 hours of the draw, using the contact details attached to their entry.
5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond and provide the information reasonably requested by the Promoter, within 48 hours of the draw, or does not meet the eligibility or travel requirements in these terms, or cannot provide proof of purchase on request, the prize will be forfeited and a backup winner drawn under the same conditions.
6. THE PRIZE
6.1 The prize is The PHUEL THE ADVENTURE : Dubai Synthony : a trip for the winner and their chosen guest to Dubai to Dubai Synthony, comprising:
(a) return premium economy airfares from New Zealand to Dubai for two people;
(b) airport transfers in Dubai;
(c) hotel accommodation in Dubai based on twin share two people, on travel dates determined by the Promoter;
(d) 2 x VIP tickets to Synthony Dubai on Saturday 21st November 2026, location: Bla Bla at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai;
(e) VIP and meet & greet access for two people to Synthony artists;
(f) NZD $1,000 spending money per person (NZD $2,000 total).
(g) 2 x Desert Safari experience;
(h) 2 x Manuka Phuel goodie bags
6.2 The total prize pool is valued at up to $25,000 (including GST). Prize values are the Promoter’s reasonable estimate of retail value as at the start of the Promotion Period; any difference between the stated value and the actual value of the prize as taken is not redeemable for cash or otherwise.
7. PRIZE AND TRAVEL CONDITIONS
7.1 Travel is on dates and airlines determined by the Promoter (departing New Zealand on or around 19-20 November 2026 and returning on or around 25 or 26th November 2026). The winner and guest must travel together on those dates. No alternative dates are available. Accommodation will also be determined by the Promoter.
7.2 The winner and guest must be a New Zealand resident aged 21 years or older, hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates, and be able to obtain any visa, ESTA or other entry authorisation required for travel to the Dubai at their own cost. The Promoter is not responsible for any person being denied boarding or entry to Dubai.
7.3 Anything not expressly listed in clause 6.1 is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including travel insurance, meals, and personal expenses.
7.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash or other products. If a winner or guest is unable to travel on the set dates, or does not meet the requirements of clause 7.2, the prize (or the relevant part of it) will be forfeited and the Promoter may draw a backup winner.
7.5 If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including changes to the concert or venue), the Promoter may substitute that element with an element of comparable value. The Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from such substitution.
8. PUBLICITY AND ENTRY CONTENT
8.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, photograph, hometown, image and entry content for publicity and promotional purposes connected with this Promotion, in any media, without further compensation, and winners agree to make themselves reasonably available for publicity.
8.2 By uploading a photo or other content to mphuel.co.nz, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content for the purposes of this Promotion and future promotional purposes of the Promoter, and warrant that the content is their own original work and does not infringe the rights of any person.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion is used to conduct the Promotion (including validating entries, drawing and contacting winners and awarding prizes) and, where you consent, for future marketing. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9.2 Mphuel.co.nz entry details are collected and held by the Promoter and are subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter’s privacy policy is at shop.mphuel.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy. 10. GENERAL
10.1 The Promoter may verify the identity of any entrant and the validity of any entry, and may disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given or an entrant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly or contrary to these terms or the spirit of the Promotion.
10.2 Subject to any law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter, and their respective employees and agents, are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including direct, indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from negligence) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize, including late, lost, corrupted or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any tax liability incurred by a winner.
10.3 As a condition of accepting a prize, winners and their guests may be required to sign a waiver and indemnity in the form provided by the Promoter.
10.4 The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and/or these terms and conditions, at any time, subject to applicable law and any applicable direction of the Department of Internal Affairs. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.5 This Promotion is a sales promotion conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
